In April 2010, health science students throughout the Camden region participated in the most recent edition of the VSI Project. Orthopedic surgeons at Kershaw Health interacted with students to show them a total hip replacement. The event was streamed live to participating schools and allowed them to chat directly with the surgical team. Teacher lesson plans were also made available in advance of the live show to prepare students.
